How to Use

Before you begin: treat the product as a ready-to-use massage/bath oil. Even when pre-diluted, always do a patch test first

• Warm the oil: Pour the recommended amount into your palms, rub hands together until comfortably warm. Warming improves glide and aroma release.3
• Start with light strokes: Apply to target area with long, smoothing effleurage to spread the oil and assess skin reaction.
• Add pressure as needed: Use kneading and gentle compression for muscle work; avoid heavy pressure over the spine, joints, or bony prominences.
• Keep contact time appropriate: A 15–30 minute session is ideal for relaxation and connection. Reapply small amounts as needed.
• Finish gently: End with soft, feathering strokes and a few deep, shared breaths to seal the ritual

Storage & shelf life

Store upright in a cool, dark place. Use within 12–24 months; check aroma and clarity before use.
