There is a moment at night when the day still follows you. Velvet Midnight was composed for that threshold — a warm botanical evening oil for skin, breath and atmosphere. Warm two to four drops between the palms, breathe in slowly, then press onto wrists, neck, chest or shoulders. Soft lavender, pale chamomile and a lift of bergamot settle into low woods and a trace of amber resin, quiet as dimming light. Nothing loud. Nothing medicinal. A nocturne for the body to recognise: the day is finished.

Top — Bergamot FCF, high-altitude lavender, a whisper of ho wood

Base — Cedarwood, sandalwood, vetiver, benzoin

The ritual

Warm 2–4 drops between the palms. Inhale slowly for three breaths, then press onto wrists, neck, chest or shoulders. Use after a warm shower or before bed, as the closing gesture of a calm evening.

A fast-spreading dry satin oil. Lightweight, skin-softening, low sillage — an aura that stays within reach rather than filling the room.

Baobab, jojoba, grapeseed and squalane in a fractionated coconut base. Composed with lavender, chamomile, bergamot FCF, sandalwood, cedarwood, vetiver and benzoin.
